About St. Luke - Ministry Opportunities
Music is an important part of worship at St. Luke and we're always looking for more singers, ringers and instrumentalists.
Enjoys reaching out to various organizations in need of assistance. Meets every 4th Tuesday at Dad's Restaurant for dinner at 5:30 PM. Fundraisers include home-made candy sales at Christmas and geraniums in the spring. For more information, contact Dick Green at 513-422-1380.
Tutors, anyone who can lead the child to follow through with an assignment and can also serve as a good listener, is mostly needed for our tutoring program. If you've ever helped your own child with their lessons, then you are an experienced teacher/tutor. Tutors are needed from 3;15 to 5:30 Tuesdays during the school year. They can volunteer as little as one day a month or every week. Special instructors for the later part of the session (from 5 PM to 5:30 PM) serve as an excellent incentive for the students to get their work done. If you want to share a hobby, skill, science experiment, story, or activity... anything interesting and somewhat educational, you are sure to get a warm welcome!
Cleaning and Gift Sharing
Adults are needed to assist in the upkeep of our church home. If you can help with the general cleaning, please contact David Nicodemus.
Do you have a special talent to assist others? Let us know. Many of our members need small projects completed around their home. Let us know how you could help ease the day to day living conditions of our congregation. Also, are you willing to help others in our community? Let us know how and let's bring the Gospel into our neighbor's homes.
